Useful information
- The prices are meant per person per day including breakfast (for guests of our rooms and suites) and indoor swimming pool, infrared sauna, free use of the outdoor fitness equipment, car park and VAT – additionally a local tax is added.
- We can only confirm a booking after receiving the requested advance payment.
- The Italian accommodation rules is valid.
- On arrival the rooms and apartments are available from 3 p.m. onwards. If you wish to arrive before 3 p.m. or after 7 p.m. please inform us.
From 9 p.m. we charge 40€ for late check-in.
On the day of departure, the rooms and apartments have to be left by 10 a.m. - Pets unfortunately cannot be accepted.
- Limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations. We accept EC cards and credit cards.
- Booking information and travel insurance coverage: And if anything goes wrong… The booked holiday cannot commence or has to be terminated prematurely, then in addition to the disappointment cancellation, costs will occur. There is no cancellation right in the sense of the consumer protection codex – nonetheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions::
If no cancellation is made (NO SHOW), we will charge the total amount according to our reservation confirmation.> More than 1 month before setting off No cancellation fee > 1 month til 10 days before setting off 50% of the amount of the booking > 9 days til 1 days before setting off 75% of the amount of the booking > from 1 day on before setting off 100% of the amount of the booking - In order to spare you all these costs, we offer you a special service of our house, HGV-Cancellation Protection with the European Travel Insurance. To conclude this, please transfer the insurance premium according to HGV.
