We make with much attention to details jams, juices, stewed fruits and much more from our fruits and vegetables. We are always trying to create new recipes. Who does not know the South-Tyrolean bacon? For many years we prepare it in special smoking chambers for our guests.

Autumn is “Törggelezeit” and we enjoy cosy evenings with our guests with farm grown wine, roast chicken and our own smoked bacon in our wine cellar.
